Dr. David Crocker was born and raised in Kingsport, TN. He is a board-certified interventional radiologist and has treated thousands of patients with chronic debilitating illnesses over the last 20 years at several medical and cancer centers, children, and veterans hospitals.
Dr. Crocker is a chair on the Michigan Medical Marijuana Program review board, considering new qualifying conditions, vice chairman of the Michigan State Medical Marijuana Review Panel, and has qualified as an expert on medical marijuana by judges in several Michigan courts. As a patient advocate, he has lectured extensively to medical and legal professionals, patient groups, and community leaders. He has served on the board of the Southwest Michigan Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union.
His wife, Annette Crocker, RN, grew up in Kalamazoo, MI, training for nursing at West Virginia University with a specialty in critical care. She has served patients of all ages for more than 20 years at hospitals and medical centers in Florida, Michigan, New Mexico, Hawaii, West Virginia, Washington, and most recently served as the Abdominal Transplant Nurse Coordinator at University of Virginia Medical Center.
In 2009, Dr. Crocker and his wife, Annette Crocker, RN, founded Michigan Holistic Health, expanding clinics throughout Michigan. Since then, Dr. Crocker has counseled over 50,000 patients in medical cannabis in Michigan and Florida. In 2018, they founded Premier Hemp Company
